Welcome to HIT Results Fitness! We are a unique, by-appointment fitness facility that offers high quality, time saving workouts with a personalized and engaging client experience. We offer 1-on-1 and small group personal strength training sessions, and 1-on-1 cardio workouts.
Want a safer place to train? During the covid pandemic, we understand that many people have fears around exercising in a facility alongside others. At HIT, we are uniquely able to to provide a safer environment than larger, busier gyms. We limit the amount of clients in our gym (2000 square feet) at any given time to 5 and we keep all clients a minimum of 6 feet apart, but it is typically much more. We sanitize equipment after every use and trainers and clients wear masks at all times.
