The Experience

At HIT Results Fitness, you’ll experience highly effective workouts that are:   

Time-Efficient. You’ll see excellent results while devoting only 30-45 minutes per session, one or two times per week. 

Personalized. Building strong relationships with our clients is our number one priority. Your college-educated, professionally certified trainer will work to understand your fitness goals and provide guidance on how to achieve your desired results. Your trainer will challenge and push you during workouts, while always taking your personal needs and concerns into consideration.

Consistent. At HIT Results Fitness, you will receive the same, scientifically proven strength workout – every time you come in. Unlike larger health club facilities, where workout format and exercise methodology are at the trainer’s discretion, HIT Results Fitness guarantees consistent workouts and therefore, consistent results.

Homework-free. We do the work of tracking your workout information – like amount of weight, number of reps performed, and equipment settings – for you. But don’t worry – we’ll still provide timely updates on your progress.

Affordable. We offer highly affordable personal training sessions with no monthly membership dues – so you get what you pay for, every time.

Facility and Equipment

The HIT Results Fitness facility is equipped with the highest quality weights and machines available, to ensure you get the most safe and effective workout possible.  

  • MedX Machines. MedX manufactures medical grade exercise equipment typically only used in rehabilitation settings. Years of scientific research have gone into designing these machines that allow you to safely and effectively increase your strength, endurance and range of motion.
